WHAT TO EXPECT:
- REAL ESTATE -
Before the shoot, I will need to know the direction the house faces to properly time our photo shoot. Houses need to be in photo shoot ready conditions, counters wiped and uncluttered, windows and floors cleaned etc. Upon arrival, I will walk the house and get a true sense and feel for the aesthetic of the house. If you have specific features or angles you want from me, please let me know. I will do my best to capture your properties distinct character and highlighted features because every house has its own unique feel.
- HEADSHOTS & AGENT EXTRAS -
Before we shoot, I will arrive 10-15 minutes early to scout the location for headshots and or group shots. Make-up, wardrobe, etc. need to be ready prior to photo shoot. Again, if you have specific shots, areas, etc. please let me know. Typically with headshots, I like to walk around with my clients and find just the right spot that will accentuate your style and personality. If you want a nature, urban, rural tech, business, plain, eccentric background I will need prior knowledge to have a better understanding for what the best shot will be.
