Property will need to be in photo shoot ready conditions; counters wiped and uncluttered, windows and floors cleaned etc. If you have specific features or angles you want, please let me know. I will do my best to capture your properties distinct character and highlighted features because every house has its own unique feel.

- PORTRAITS & HEADSHOTS -

Before we shoot, I will arrive 10-15 minutes early to scout the location. Make-up, wardrobe, etc. need to be ready prior to photo shoot. If you want a nature, urban, rural tech, business, plain, eccentric background I will need prior knowledge to have a better understanding for what the best shot will be.
